About The Position

The Housekeeping Manager will manage all aspects of the Housekeeping operations using strong customer relations and leadership capabilities to make quick decisions and problem solve to achieve highest quality guest experience while ensuring compliance with quality and financial standards. This role will be responsible for the daily operations of the Housekeeping department which includes supporting audit standards, managing the financial aspects of the department, and overseeing a staff of 75 or more.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, train and develop staff.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Computer skills - working knowledge.
  • 3-5 years of housekeeping leadership and hospitality experience.
