About The Position

The Housekeeping Houseperson supports the housekeeping department at The Singer Oceanfront Resort by delivering linens and supplies, restocking housekeeping carts, maintaining public areas, and assisting with cleaning tasks. The role helps ensure guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay while following safety and sanitation standards and working collaboratively with the housekeeping team. Candidates should be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, are required.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.

• Previous housekeeping or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clean linens, towels, and other supplies to guest rooms.
• Restock housekeeping carts and maintain inventory of supplies.
• Clean and maintain public areas, including corridors, elevators, and lobbies.
• Empty trash and maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries.
• Support the housekeeping team with special projects and deep-cleaning tasks.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards.
• Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to support efficient operations.
