About The Position

The Housekeeping Houseperson works alongside the Housekeeping team to help maintain a clean hotel facility. The role includes responding to guest cleanliness concerns, cleaning corridors and guest, parking, and service areas, keeping restrooms clean, stocking supplies, coordinating repairs with Maintenance, and assisting Housekeepers and the Front Desk with guest requests and deliveries. Candidates should be strong team players, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Ability to perform housekeeping-related physical tasks, including lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently bend, stoop, and reach.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with cleaning products.
• Strong teamwork skills.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of hotel housekeeping experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping or professional cleaning experience.
• Knowledge of standard cleaning techniques and hospitality industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the Housekeeping team to maintain a clean facility.
• Handle guest cleanliness concerns and respond to resolve them.
• Clean corridors, guest areas, parking lots, and service areas.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance team regarding repairs.
• Stock supplies.
• Assist Housekeepers and the Front Desk with guest requests and deliveries.
• Clean and tidy restrooms.
