About The Position
The Housekeeping Houseperson helps create enjoyable and comfortable guest experiences by keeping hotel areas clean and welcoming. This is an active, high-energy role that involves moving around the property and collaborating with a diverse team. The position requires flexibility to accommodate varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- At least one month of related experience.
- Passion for customer service.
- Ability to work seamlessly with others and collaborate within a diverse team.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure.
- Ability to accommodate varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand or sit, carry or lift up to 50 pounds, walk, bend or twist, and climb stairs.
Responsibilities
- Assist with cleanliness of guest floor corridors, foyers, stairwells, and public areas.
- Empty Room Attendant carts of soiled linen and trash.
- Flip mattresses and move furniture as needed.
- Greet guests encountered during the shift with a friendly smile.
