Requirements

Previous related experience required
High school diploma or GED required
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to work additional hours to meet demands
Valid driver’s license
Excellent driving record
Willingness to travel to off-site Carter facilities to perform cleaning responsibilities

Responsibilities

Review work to be completed each day and prioritize, coordinate, and obtain materials needed to complete requested and required maintenance in a timely manner
Sweep, mop, vacuum, strip, wax, and buff floors
Wash and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors
Pull trash, dust surfaces, wipe all touch points, and ensure chairs and tables are in their place
Assist with maintenance of facility landscaping, snow removal, ice melt, as requested
Stock and maintain supplies required to perform assigned duties
Assist with setting up and tearing down rooms used for meetings and events
Notify supervisor of occurring deficiencies or items in need of repair
Work with Facilities team with minor facilities projects
Travel to off-site facilities to perform cleaning responsibilities
Work in coordination with team to achieve Continuous Improvement goals and objectives
Perform other related duties as assigned
