Responsible for providing friendly, courteous service to guests/co-workers every time while completing their day to day tasks. Multi Property Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and updating multi property Housekeeping schedules on a daily basis, approving payroll and entering payroll discrepancies that may not have been entered within Timeworks, such as, training, new hire orientation, LOA, PTO, VAC, etc. Coordinator is also responsible for approving any PTO/VAC in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement.
