About The Position

The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the beFitness club and creating positive interactions with members and guests. The role helps provide a distinctive daily experience by keeping club spaces clean, safe, and well stocked, while addressing cleanliness issues proactively and reporting maintenance needs to management.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Housekeeping and customer service experience.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
U.S. work authorization is required.

Responsibilities

Acknowledge and greet guests in public spaces with a warm, friendly greeting.
Review the daily inventory of supplies needed for assigned work.
Clean club areas, including locker rooms, lobby, equipment and surrounding areas, windows, doors, and other common spaces.
Perform quality cleaning to required standards within set time limits.
Follow club safety guidelines and established safety policies.
Pick up visible litter around the club.
Complete janitorial duties according to daily task assignments.
Dry- or damp-mop floors and vacuum carpeted areas.
Collect and remove trash from designated areas.
Restock unit dispensers as needed.
Perform work in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Monitor the facility for cleanliness issues and address them proactively.
Report maintenance or repair needs to management.
Perform similar duties as requested by the team leader.
