Requirements
- Previous cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping experience (hospitality, hotel, or commercial settings preferred).
- Knowledge of standard sanitation techniques and cleaning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently independently or with a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced physical environment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior team lead or supervisory experience is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough daily cleaning of rooms, offices, common areas, and restrooms following standard procedures.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces to maintain a spotless environment.
- Empty trash, dispose of recyclables, and restock restrooms and supplies continuously.
- Safely operate standard commercial janitorial equipment for larger spaces and specialized cleaning projects.
- Maintain safety standards, respect privacy, and promptly report any maintenance or hazard issues to management.
- Help monitor supply levels and assist with restocking as needed.
