About The Position
The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and neatness of assigned apartments and common areas, supporting a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment for residents, and following housekeeping priorities and instructions from their supervisor.
Requirements
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Nice To Haves
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform general housekeeping in apartments: vacuuming, bathroom/kitchen cleaning, dusting
- Clean hallways and common areas as directed
- Complete tasks in priority order set by supervisor
- Maintain equipment and supplies in proper condition
- Attend in-service training and education sessions
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Maintain resident confidentiality at all times
