About The Position

Dune Deck Beach Club is hiring seasonal, full-time Housekeepers for the Summer 2027 season, from April 1 through October 31, 2027. The position is located at Discovery Land Company’s Hamptons location in Westhampton Beach, New York, and is employed by DLV Hamptons Management LLC. H-2B visa sponsorship is available.

The Housekeeper maintains a clean, orderly, and welcoming environment across the clubhouse, public areas, amenity facilities, hotel rooms, and private residential homes. Working with the Residential Services and Club Operations management team, the Housekeeper helps deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation for members and guests.

Requirements

• Three months of guest-service experience in a high-volume restaurant, resort, or private club.
• Ability to speak and understand English.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts longer than eight hours.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for more than four hours.
• Ability to lift, carry, bend, stoop, squat, reach, push, and pull; may need to lift and carry items weighing over 50 pounds.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and remain calm and focused during busy periods.
• Long hours may be required due to business demands.

Responsibilities

• Perform light cleaning duties to keep the hotel clean and orderly.
• Clean, maintain, and turn over hotel rooms and common areas.
• Take dirty linens and towels to the laundry station and place them in the washer and dryer; fold clean towels and robes and return them to the locker room.
• Clean and hose down patios before member activities; hose down pool decking as needed and brush the deck when necessary.
• Empty and reline waste containers and check soap dispensers and paper products in restrooms and locker rooms before member activities.
• Clean windows and doors; clean and shine brass, doors, banisters, and railings.
• Clean mirrors in the fitness area and restrooms, offices, and the employee cafeteria; remove dirty dishes.
• Keep the lobby, conference rooms, and dining rooms clean and organized.
• Restock employee kitchens and cafeterias with cups, napkins, plates, and utensils.
• Pick up clean linen and rags from the laundry station and deliver them to kitchens and dining rooms.
• Perform detail cleaning at least every two weeks, including ceilings, vents, light fixtures, walls, room corners, skylights, door sills and tops, and the tops of decorative and operational furniture.
