About The Position

The Housekeeper performs commercial cleaning at Sacred Heart School in Camden, New Jersey, using ServiceMaster TBS Division's cleaning schedules, products, tools, and procedures. Duties include routine cleaning, weekly detailed cleaning, and using personal protective equipment (PPE) where required. On-the-job training is provided to candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The stated pay is $16.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Arrive at the work location at the scheduled time.
• Work within the allotted hours.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.

• Wear the proper uniform at all times.
• Be able to differentiate between cleaning products and their uses.
• Be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Be able to perform constant standing, walking, pushing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.

Responsibilities

• Empty trash.
• Dust furniture, including desks, chairs, and tables.
• Dust exposed surfaces, including window sills, ledges, and moldings.
• Clean glass and mirrors.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms using ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures.
• Vacuum and mop floors.
• Perform weekly detailed cleaning.
• Use PPE where required.
• Record special requests made through client communication in the company log.
