About The Position

QSL Management is a senior living company focused on providing luxurious, comfortable, resort-style homes for seniors and promoting wellness, security, longevity, family, joy, and self-worth. The Housekeeper position is with Glenncrest at Decatur and is responsible for maintaining the facility in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner. The role involves cleaning resident rooms and common or operational areas, using appropriate cleaning products and equipment, disposing of trash and hazardous waste properly, and replenishing supplies. The position is part-time and pays $15 to $16.50 per hour.

Requirements

• Have a caring heart and willingness to serve others.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Desire to work with seniors.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Nice To Haves

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the facility in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner.
• Perform routine cleaning of resident rooms, offices, clinical areas, waiting areas, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways.
• Use appropriate chemicals and supplies according to procedures and state requirements.
• Use and maintain equipment properly.
• Transport trash and hazardous waste to the appropriate disposal area.
• Replenish supplies as required.
