The Housekeeper plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents, visitors, and staff. Requirements

Previous housekeeping experience preferred, especially in healthcare, hospitality, or long-term care settings
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Dependable attendance and punctuality
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and pushing housekeeping carts

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, offices, and other facility spaces
Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and maintain floors and surfaces throughout the facility
Empty trash and dispose of waste according to facility policies
Replenish supplies in resident rooms and common areas
Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times
Report maintenance, safety, or housekeeping concerns to the appropriate department
Maintain equipment and cleaning supplies in good working order
Assist with special cleaning projects as needed
Provide courteous and professional service to residents, families, and visitors
