Concord Hospitality is hiring Housekeepers for the Beaufort Hotel. This role is responsible for cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms according to hotel standards, maintaining an organized linen cart, reporting any areas needing attention (like fixtures, door locks, televisions, HVAC), maintaining the security of equipment, keys, and supplies, and reporting lost and found articles to a supervisor. Housekeepers are also expected to respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner. The work performed directly impacts guest satisfaction and contributes to guests returning to the hotel.
