The main responsibility of this role is to clean and sanitize guest rooms. Duties include reporting to work on time in proper uniform, organizing the housekeeping cart and storage closet, and transporting linens. The housekeeper must remain friendly and outgoing towards guests, report any unsafe conditions to their supervisor, and ensure rooms are free of debris with all amenities and supplies properly placed. They will also remove soiled linen from hallways, keep public spaces clean and clear of debris, and occasionally clean public areas and other outlets to ensure proper sanitation for guests.
