About The Position

Housekeepers help maintain the store, both inside and outside, by keeping the sales floor and common areas neat, clean, orderly, and safe, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Customer Service: Able to meet customer needs by providing excellent, welcoming, and timely service
• Teamwork: Able to be flexible to support the changing needs of our team and store
• Communication : Able to effectively communicate with customers and team members; uses active listening, patience, and clear communication to ensure a respectful and professional experience
• Initiative: Able to identify and address cleaning tasks; ability to take responsibility for creating great customer and team experiences
• Dependability: Able to show up each day in a timely manner ready to work; shows strong follow-through
• Time Management: Able to finish tasks timely and work with supervisor on best ways to use time

Nice To Haves

• Cleaning Experience: Experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping
• Multilingual: Communicates in more than one language
