About The Position

Prime Independent Living is hiring a full-time Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming community for residents. The role includes cleaning resident apartments, common areas, and shared spaces while meeting standards for cleanliness, safety, and presentation. The Housekeeper is also expected to interact respectfully with residents, protect their privacy and belongings, maintain housekeeping supplies and equipment, communicate maintenance or supply needs, and work collaboratively with coworkers.

Responsibilities

Perform routine housekeeping duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing.
Maintain cleanliness throughout resident apartments, common areas, and shared spaces.
Ensure assigned areas meet standards for cleanliness, safety, and presentation.
Interact with residents in a warm, friendly, and respectful manner.
Respect residents' privacy, personal belongings, and individual preferences.
Help create a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere through attention to detail.
Maintain and organize housekeeping supplies and equipment.
Communicate maintenance concerns or supply needs to appropriate team members.
Collaborate with coworkers to complete daily responsibilities efficiently and consistently.
