About The Position

The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning assigned hotel areas in accordance with company standards and within required time frames, helping maintain a pristine, hygienic, comfortable, and well-presented environment for guests and staff. This is a physical, hands-on role where attention to detail contributes to guest satisfaction. The role includes replenishing guest and restroom supplies; transporting waste to disposal areas; keeping housekeeping carts and equipment stocked, organized, and maintained; and greeting guests warmly. The Housekeeper also follows safety and security policies, handles materials and chemicals safely, performs laundry tasks, and helps clean and organize the House and Commercial Laundry areas. Additional duties may be assigned based on business needs and at management's request.

Responsibilities

Clean guestrooms, lobby, corridors, elevators, laundry facility, stairways, and other hotel areas according to company standards and within required time frames.
Replenish supplies such as bathroom necessities, drinking glasses, linen, and terry in guest rooms, restrooms, and other areas.
Transport trash and waste to the disposal area efficiently and hygienically.
Stock, organize, and maintain housekeeping carts and equipment.
Greet guests in a warm, friendly manner throughout the property.
Follow safety and security policies to protect personal safety, guests and their belongings, and company property.
Use materials, chemicals, and tools safely to avoid injury, waste, damage, or accidents.
Sort, wash, dry, fold, and store company linen and terry as part of House Laundry duties.
Help clean and organize the House and Commercial Laundry areas.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required by business needs and management.
