About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is hiring a full-time Housekeeper at Cedar Trails in Freeburg, Illinois. The role provides housekeeping services for residents, helping make their living areas comfortable, clean, and welcoming. The Housekeeper also keeps shared areas—including the lobby and employee break room—tidy and organized. The schedule is Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Pay is $17 to $22.25 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th-grade proficiency with residents.
Have a positive, energetic attitude and a strong interest in serving residents.
Maintain a professional appearance and conduct.
Be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
Be able to frequently lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds and push or pull a wheeled housekeeping cart.
Be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks.
Provide verification of good physical health through a physician-performed health screening no more than six months before or seven days after employment, and test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at the time of screening.
Receive criminal clearance.
