About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at Castlewood in Nixa, MO. This full-time position plays a crucial role in making each resident's room a comfortable, clean, and cozy place to live. The Housekeeper is also responsible for ensuring all common areas, from the lobby to the employee break room, are tidy and well-maintained. We pride ourselves on a home-like environment for both residents and team members, fostering growth and appreciation.

Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
• Positive and energetic attitude.
• Professional in appearance and conduct.
• Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds and push/pull a wheeled housekeeping cart.
• Must be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks.
• Must pass a health screening performed by a physician not more than six (6) months prior to or seven (7) days following employment.
• Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of health screening.
• Must be criminally cleared.

• Provide housekeeping services for residents to ensure each area is a comfortable, clean, and cozy place to live.
• Ensure all areas, from the lobby to the employee break room, are tidy and clean, with everything in its place.
