About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Housekeeper to join our team at The Wildwood Senior Living in Joplin, MO. This role is responsible for providing housekeeping services to residents, ensuring their living areas are comfortable, clean, and cozy. The Housekeeper also ensures all common areas, from the lobby to the employee break room, are tidy and clean. This is a PRN (as needed) position with a starting wage of $15.50 per hour.

Requirements

• At least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
• Positive and energetic attitude.
• Professional in appearance and conduct.
• Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds and push/pull a wheeled housekeeping cart.
• Be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks.
• Good physical health verified by a health screening performed by a physician not more than six (6) months prior to or seven (7) days following employment.
• Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of health screening.
• Must be criminally cleared.
