About The Position

As a Housekeeper at AIRE Ancient Baths' Upper East Side location, you will maintain the company’s high standards of service and cleanliness, creating an immaculate and welcoming locker-room environment. You will assist guests as they prepare to enter the bath area and support them at the end of their experience. The role also involves monitoring supplies, handling laundry, and keeping locker rooms and common areas pristine throughout the shift. The position requires a professional, customer-oriented approach and attention to detail. You will help ensure guest comfort, respond to questions and concerns, and maintain privacy, security, and tranquility. You will also clean and sanitize facilities, replenish guest essentials, handle towels and trash, and follow health and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

Ensure clients’ wellbeing and comfort in the changing room, provide necessary products, and maintain cleanliness and tidiness for guest reception.
Address client questions and concerns and provide assistance to enhance their experience.
Follow AIRE’s standards for dress, communication, conduct, and physical appearance.
Clean and sanitize locker rooms, showers, and other areas, and promptly address maintenance issues.
Replenish toiletries, hygiene products, and other essentials, keeping them neatly arranged and accessible.
Empty trash bins, replace liners, and keep trash areas sanitary and odor-free.
Sweep and mop floors using appropriate cleaning agents for marble or tile, and keep floors dry for guest safety.
Collect used towels for laundering, restock fresh towels, and maintain organized towel displays.
Clean showers, sinks, toilets, and mirrors; frequently sanitize high-touch areas and remove water spots and soap residue.
Wipe down lockers, benches, and surfaces to keep them free of dust, fingerprints, and smudges.
Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a hygienic environment.
Monitor locker-room areas to maintain guest privacy, security, and tranquility.
Communicate professionally with team members and management to address guest requests and resolve concerns.
