About The Position

The Courville at Manchester is seeking a part-time Housekeeper for its senior healthcare community in Manchester’s North End. The position is scheduled for 32 hours per week, generally from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with some flexibility, and includes weekends and two days per week. Training is available in proper cleaning methods, sanitation, laundry, and dining room service. Housekeeping at The Courvilles involves more than cleaning: housekeepers get to know residents, help make their days more comfortable, and contribute as valued members of the care team. Nice To Haves

Housekeeping experience, preferably in a hotel or similar healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

Clean resident rooms, including sanitizing bathrooms.
Clean common areas and office areas, including vacuuming, dusting, and washing floors.
Empty trash daily.
Launder linens, including sheets and blankets, and residents’ personal laundry.
Pick up dirty linen and deliver clean linen to the designated area.
Assist with preparing and serving resident meals.
Clean and reset the dining room.
