About The Position
The Housekeeper is an entry-level opportunity on MultiCare’s Environmental Services team. The role ensures patients and families have the best possible experience when visiting a MultiCare facility by maintaining clean, orderly, and sanitary environmental surfaces. This is a 0.8 FTE day-shift position with a Friday–Monday schedule and a 6M/7M relief area assignment.
Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Nice To Haves
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Previous housekeeper experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties and maintain environmental surfaces in an orderly and sanitary condition.
- Organize and complete required department tasks in coordination with services provided by patient care personnel and other support service departments.
- Communicate effectively with the team and nursing staff.
- Partner with a service-oriented attitude and professional integrity.
