About The Position
The Housekeeper maintains clean, welcoming guest rooms and public areas at Hilton Miami Dadeland. The role includes routine room cleaning and bed making, replenishing guest supplies, cleaning carpets and furniture, and performing deep-cleaning and basic upkeep tasks such as changing AC filters and adding paint. Housekeepers also respond to guest requests, deliver items, and help maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms and equipment.
- Clean lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and other public areas.
- Clean carpets and furniture.
- Maintain and restock the housekeeping cart.
- Make beds with fresh linens and replenish guest supplies.
- Perform deep-cleaning and upkeep tasks, including changing AC filters and adding paint.
- Respond to guest requests and deliver requested items.
- Provide friendly customer service to guests.
- Monitor sensitive areas and follow safe work practices to protect guests, property, and teammates.
