Requirements

At least one (1) year of professional cleaning experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to use computer hardware and software, including mobile devices, and other technology applications
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and motor vehicle insurance

Responsibilities

Ensure and maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the office, common areas, and restrooms (including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning the refrigerator, removing trash, etc.)
Ensure that vacant units are clean and ready for occupancy in the shortest time possible
Keep exterior areas free of hazards and unsightly materials, including sweeping and litter pick-up
Maintain knowledge of alarm systems, including emergency contacts such as fire, EMS and police departments
