About The Position

Bausch Towers is seeking motivated full-time workers to join our company as Fiberglass Technicians. In this role, you will be responsible for creating custom fiberglass parts using resin infusion, hand laying, and vacuum-bagging techniques. Experience with gel coat, infusion, fairing, and/or paint is considered a plus.

Requirements

• Must hold high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to read and write clearly and legibly.
• Must be able to read a tape measure.
• A valid and clean driver license is required.
• Must be able to stand and work for 10 hours a day.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and physical.

• Fiberglass: 5 years (Preferred)
