About The Position

Planned Companies Building Services is hiring an on-call housekeeper to provide cleaning services in common areas and bathrooms at residential and commercial properties in Radnor, Pennsylvania. The role helps maintain a clean, healthy, and safe environment for tenants, guests, and vendors. Employees are expected to be polite, respectful, thorough, and observant.

There is no set schedule. The housekeeper is on call as needed on weekdays and, when called in, typically works from 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. The pay rate is $20.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role using cleaning products and equipment to clean floors and carpets.
• Ability to work on a team and independently when needed.
• Strong report-writing and clear verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to stand for extended periods of time.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors of various types.
• Dust and polish building surfaces, including countertops, upholstered furniture, and light fixtures.
• Scrub and sanitize bathroom toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures.
• Empty trash cans and wash and dry windows.
• Request cleaning supply orders and report breakages and needed repairs.
