About The Position

The Housekeeper helps make the hotel feel like home by ensuring guests have a comfortable, productive, and memorable stay. The role involves cleaning and preparing guest rooms to brand standards, replenishing supplies, assisting guests encountered during the shift, and supporting hotel operations through teamwork and reporting maintenance issues.

Requirements

Basic verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to continuously move and regularly bend, lift, push, pull, carry, and move items weighing up to 25 pounds.
Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift and perform repetitive motions.
Availability to work weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Previous cleaning, janitorial, or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

Wipe surfaces, dust, and vacuum guest rooms according to brand standards.
Change linens, make beds, and restock guest room supplies.
Clean bathrooms, remove trash, and follow the hotel's trained green practices.
Greet and assist guests encountered during the shift.
Clean multiple rooms each day.
Report broken, defective, or missing items to the maintenance team.
Support hotel goals through teamwork and collaboration with all departments.
