KC122 - Temporary Full-Time Housekeeper - TriBeCa, NYC

British American Household Staffing•New York, NY
•$35 - $45•Onsite

About The Position

A warm, professional family recently relocated to TriBeCa, New York and is seeking a temporary full-time Housekeeper to maintain their 4,800-square-foot, three-story townhouse, which has four bedrooms and six bathrooms. The home includes a lower-level pool and a private entrance with a doorman attached to the building. Although an elevator is available, it is reserved for moving large items, so the Housekeeper must be comfortable using the stairs throughout the day. This hands-on role focuses on daily cleanliness, organization, and household functionality rather than extensive deep-cleaning projects, which are handled periodically by an external team. Deep cleaning of easily accessible areas is required as needed. The family has three school-aged children and a one-year-old Golden Retriever. The Housekeeper should be warm and child-friendly while maintaining professional boundaries, and should proactively anticipate household needs and work independently. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with 40 guaranteed hours per week. The position is currently open-ended, with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right fit. The stated start date is Nov. 9th. Compensation is $35–$45 per hour, depending on experience, with overtime pay for hours over 40 in a week and the opportunity for additional hours.
