Requirements

• Ability to operate housekeeping equipment such as vacuums, mops, and washers and dryers.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Ability to work various schedules and shifts.
• Good communication skills and a customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident apartments by vacuuming, mopping, dusting, disinfecting, removing trash, making beds, and providing linen service.
• Clean public spaces and restrooms and ensure supplies are adequate throughout the day.
• Monitor the building for cleanliness and sanitation needs.
• Transport trash and waste to disposal areas.
• Wash, dry, fold, and distribute personal laundry and linens.
• Change bedding and maintain tidy laundry spaces.
• Interact politely with prospective resident tours.
