About The Position

As a Housekeeper at the Hilton Garden Inn Denver Downtown, you help make the hotel feel like home and ensure guests have a comfortable, productive, and memorable stay. The role involves cleaning guest rooms to brand standards, replenishing supplies, assisting guests, and collaborating with hotel departments. Applicants must be available to work weekends and holidays and able to meet the role’s physical requirements. Previous cleaning, janitorial, or customer service experience is a plus but is not required.

Requirements

Basic verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to continuously move and regularly bend, lift, push, pull, carry, and move up to 25 pounds.
Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift and perform repetitive motions.
Availability to work weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Previous cleaning, janitorial, or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

Wipe surfaces, dust, and vacuum guest rooms in accordance with brand standards.
Change linens, make beds, and restock guest room supplies.
Clean bathrooms, remove trash, and follow the hotel’s trained green practices.
Greet and assist guests encountered during the shift in a friendly manner.
Clean multiple rooms each day.
Report broken, defective, or missing items to the maintenance team.
Support hotel goals through teamwork and collaboration with all departments.
