About The Position
As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for genuinely caring about our guests and making strong emotional connections by providing excellent guest service at all times. Your focus will be on maximizing guest satisfaction by providing neat and clean rooms in accordance with the hotel's standards, and to provide efficient, prompt, courteous, trouble-free, and proactive service to guests.
Requirements
- Previous hotel experience required.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Guest oriented.
- Attention to detail.
- Able to work weekends and holidays and when business needs dictate.
- Able to exert up to 40 lbs of force occasionally and 20 lbs of force frequently.
Responsibilities
- Provide guest service at all times.
- Maximize guest satisfaction by providing neat and clean rooms in accordance with hotel standards.
- Provide efficient, prompt, courteous, trouble-free, and proactive service to guests.
