About The Position

The Housekeeper performs general housekeeping duties at 80/20 and is the primary cleaner for assigned offices, work spaces, restrooms, and other areas designated by the Facilities Supervisor. The role is responsible for creating a clean and sanitary environment for 80/20 Inc. employees each day. Duties include cleaning and sanitizing office areas, the breakroom, restrooms, and plant floor; emptying trash containers throughout the plant; sweeping and mopping aisles; washing windows; and completing other assignments as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Demonstrate an 80/20 culture mindset in all work.
• Be detail-oriented and precise when cleaning areas of varying sizes.
• Be a self-starter who needs little direction with daily cleaning tasks.
• Able to stand, twist, bend, squat, stoop, kneel, and climb stairs and ladders.
• Able to lift 40 lbs. on a continuous basis during an 8-hour work day.

Nice To Haves

• One or more years of housekeeping experience in a professional or personal environment.
• Knowledge of appropriate cleaning agents and their usage.
• Knowledge of best cleaning practices that promote effective time management.
