About The Position

This is a multi-site Housekeeper position that travels between several apartment communities around the Akron area. The Housekeeper cleans common areas and vacant suites, maintains floors and other surfaces, replenishes bathroom supplies, and reports safety concerns. The role works closely with on-site managers and maintenance technicians and includes other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Clean all common areas of the apartment community.
• Vacuum and dust.
• Wash walls, windows, and door panels.
• Sweep, wax, and polish floors.
• Clean vacant suites.
• Replenish bathroom supplies.
• Inform management about safety concerns, such as trash in hallways or burned-out bulbs.
• Work closely with on-site managers and maintenance technicians.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
