About The Position

NALS Apartment Homes is seeking a reliable Housekeeper for Towne Square Apartment Homes. The Housekeeper helps ensure make-ready apartments, the office, and common areas are prepared and that the property maintains its best overall appearance. This is described as a career position for someone seeking longevity. The schedule is a 40-hour work week, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in the same or a related field.
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all types of weather.
Ability to perform medium to heavy work involving prolonged or repeated standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching, with frequent lifting and carrying of up to 25 pounds.
Good hand-eye coordination, including the ability to ascend and descend ladders and stairs and perform repetitive or continuous tasks according to set procedures and sequences.

Responsibilities

Clean and dust the office, clubhouse, laundry facility, barbecue grills, and all common areas each morning.
Prepare coffee and other refreshments for the office opening.
Clean model apartments weekly.
Water plants outside the model entrance twice a week or as needed.
Clean apartment units, including floors, blinds, switch plates, mirrors, storage closet areas, windowsills, and doors; clean kitchen appliances and surfaces; and clean bathroom tile, shower walls, toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors.
Ensure make-ready apartments are cleaned properly and promptly.
Perform additional duties, responsibilities, or projects as assigned.
