About The Position
Beautiful Westminster Shores has an immediate need for a Full-time Temporary Housekeeper starting at $15.65 per hour! This position is temporary with the possibility of becoming long-term. The role involves cleaning residences, apartments, Health Center rooms and bathrooms, and residential common areas. EOE, DFWP – “We honor those who have served.” Full college scholarships are available for FT or PT team members after just 6 months of service.
Requirements
- Must pass background screening through the State of Florida's Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
Responsibilities
- Cleans residential units, resident’s rooms and common areas (including stairwells) of assigned work areas.
- Responsible for sanitizing units after a move-out or prior to a move-in.
- Maintain dining areas cleaned and sanitized (at least twice daily).
- Cleaning, dusting, sanitizing, sweeping, mopping and vacuuming daily of assigned work areas.
- Garbage removal including biohazards removal (by contracted vendor) from the assigned areas.
- Cleaning duties/functions as contracted by independent residents.
