About The Position
NorthStar Maintenance Group is seeking a Housekeeper to clean, sanitize, and maintain a small clinic in Pikeville after it closes. The work is scheduled for three evenings a week—Monday, Wednesday, and Friday—and takes approximately four hours each evening. The ideal candidate has experience, can work individually or occasionally as part of a team, and is well-spoken, energetic, and personable.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Be detail-oriented, confidential, and professional.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds at times.
- Ability to stand for long periods and reach, bend, lift, and pull.
- Dependability and consistent attendance.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.

- Experience in housekeeping.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning and sanitizing throughout the clinic.
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchen, and dining areas.
- Wipe and dust surfaces in rooms and clean mirrors.
- Vacuum and clean floors and rugs; sweep and mop.
- Stock toilet paper, paper towels, and soap.
- Pick up and empty trash containers.
