About The Position

Performs routine cleaning and other duties in various locations within the Clubhouse and associated facilities, including golf and tennis locker rooms, cart barn, Pro Shop, fitness center, pool, Cabana, and course restrooms and shelters.

Requirements

• May be required to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Requires occasional bending, reaching, stretching.
• May be required to work in heat and sun for prolonged periods of time.
• May be required to climb ladders of 8 feet.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness of all bathroom and shower areas, including disinfecting fixtures, polishing brass, emptying waste containers, and restocking amenities.
• Maintains all member areas by vacuuming carpets, cleaning mirrors, windows, walls, dusting furniture, doors, baseboards, and light fixtures, polishing brass, and cleaning lounge and wood floors.
• Cleans administration offices and non-member areas, including dusting and polishing counters, cabinets, desks, and file cabinets, and washing window sills and blinds.
• Performs errands such as towel pick-up and delivery, and trash pick-up and disposal.
• Responsible for weekly pressure washing of the kitchen floor and, when possible, pressure washing outside areas like sidewalks, course bathrooms, and shelters.
• Performs other duties as required by supervisor, assistant club manager, and general manager.
