Eilan Hotel and Spa in San Antonio is hiring full-time housekeepers. As a housekeeper you will perform various hotel housekeeping services to maintain clean guest rooms according to established standards. This position is eligible for E‑TIPS , allowing team members to earn extra pay through guest tips. The Eilan Resort & Spa is a Hilton Grand Vacations property in Northwest San Antonio, near The Rim and La Cantera, featuring a Tuscan‑inspired design completed in 2011 and offering 165 guestrooms. It is a central element of the 120‑acre Eilan mixed‑use development, integrating lodging with offices, residences, retail, dining, and shared community amenities. The resort features a full‑service spa with 10 treatment rooms, approximately 14,000 square feet of flexible event space, and multiple food and beverage outlets including the Social restaurant serving breakfast and dinner, the Mercato coffee shop, and a seasonal pool bar.

Requirements

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience
• Open and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Able to bend, stoop, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull/ up to 100 lbs
• Work a full shift (8 hours) walking/standing with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Anticipates customer needs and thinks about how work impacts customers
• Builds confidence in self and others with honest and dependable interactions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all assigned units for guest arrival.
• Greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly manner.
• Report any maintenance problems.
• Maintain cleanliness of carts and ensure supplies and equipment are in a neat and orderly appearance.
• Assist management in maintaining inventory of linen and supplies.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned by housekeeping management
