About The Position
Genesis Healthcare Center is a family-owned facility dedicated to continuing a tradition of compassionate care. We provide a safe, welcoming home for adults with mental illness and work hard to enhance the quality of life for our residents. The housekeeper’s role is to ensure all cleaning duties are completed according to company policies and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities
- Ensure all cleaning duties are completed according to company policies and regulatory standards.
- Follow set directions and schedules.
- Handle cleaning chemicals safely.
- Use various tools like vacuums and washing machines.
- Perform laundry duties.
- Clean bathrooms.
- Replenish supplies.
- Sweep, mop, and dust.
- Empty trash.
- Disinfect high-touch areas.
- Mix chemicals properly.
- Prepare rooms for new residents.
- Clean curtains or blinds.
- Inventory belongings.
- Report any maintenance issues or resident concerns promptly.
