About The Position

Ponte Vedra Inn & Club is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and overall condition of guest rooms and assigned resort areas. The role supports an exceptional guest experience and upholds the resort’s Five-Diamond standards by thoroughly cleaning accommodations, replenishing amenities, and preparing rooms for arriving and departing guests. The Housekeeper reports to the Housekeeping Supervisor and Assistant Director of Housekeeping. The position requires attention to detail, efficiency, organization, and courteous guest service in a fast-paced hospitality environment. It also involves standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching throughout the workday, and working a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Clean guest rooms, suites, and assigned areas according to established resort standards.
Make beds and replace linens to ensure a polished and welcoming guest room presentation.
Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, dust furniture, and clean mirrors, windows, and fixtures.
Clean and sanitize guest bathrooms, including sinks, tubs, showers, toilets, and countertops.
Replenish towels, robes, linens, and guest amenities.
Empty trash and remove soiled linens from guest rooms.
Inspect guest rooms to ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness for occupancy.
Promptly report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and lost-and-found items.
Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment, and storage areas in a clean and organized manner.
Respond professionally and courteously to guest requests.
Follow departmental procedures, safety standards, and cleaning protocols.
Support the Housekeeping team in maintaining the resort’s exceptional standards.
