About The Position
The Housekeeper position at Hampton Inn Corolla is responsible for performing cleaning duties in all guest areas and back of house. This role consistently offers professional, friendly, and engaging service, ensuring that housekeeping departmental standards are followed. The Housekeeper will respond to guest requests for miscellaneous items, maintain inventory of supplies, and report necessary maintenance items. Adherence to departmental policies, safety, and sanitation policies is crucial. This role also involves assisting other departments when needed to ensure optimum guest service and performing additional duties as required.

- Responds timely to guests’ special requests for miscellaneous items like cribs, cots, extra towels, etc.
- Maintains inventory of necessary supplies.
- Reports necessary maintenance items.
- Follows departmental policies and procedures.
- Follows all safety and sanitation policies.
- Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests.
- Performs additional duties as needed.
