About The Position

Beztak Senior Living is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness throughout the community, including resident units and common areas. The role helps provide a beautiful, clean, and sanitary environment and supports resident satisfaction through laundry and other assigned tasks. The Housekeeper is responsible for proper care and use of equipment, identifying and correcting or reporting safety hazards, and notifying a supervisor of supply or equipment needs before replenishment. The position may require driving a company or personal vehicle for work-related duties. The work involves interacting with residents, families, and vendors, including handling urgent matters and resolving conflicts.

Requirements

• One year of experience in the professional cleaning industry.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Willingness and ability to drive for work-related purposes as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and sanitary environment throughout all areas of the community, including resident units and common areas.
• Assist with tasks that support resident satisfaction, such as laundry and other assigned duties.
• Use and care for equipment properly to maintain cleanliness and the community.
• Identify safety hazards and either correct them or report them.
• Report supply and equipment needs to a supervisor before replenishment.
• Interact with residents and vendors, handle urgent matters, and resolve conflicts.
• Drive a company or personal vehicle for work-related purposes as needed.
