About The Position

This position is responsible for ensuring that residents have a clean, safe, comfortable, and attractive living environment. As an essential function of the community's operation, consistent attendance is required. The role involves thorough cleaning of apartments before new residents move in, as well as maintaining common areas.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Prior housekeeping experience.
  • Familiarity with the use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Ability to read the English language.

Responsibilities

  • Abides by Fair Housing Laws.
  • Thoroughly cleaning apartments prior to new residents moving in, including living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchens.
  • Stripping and waxing hallways.
  • Cleaning laundry rooms, offices, maintenance shops, clubhouse, and all common areas.
  • Cleans up trash in common areas.
  • Vacuum carpets.
  • Clean windows, doors, and furnishings.
