About The Position

A couple in Miami Beach is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to maintain the impeccable upkeep of their 12,000-square-foot residence. The Housekeeper will handle all cleaning and laundry for both principals and ensure the home is consistently maintained to exceptionally high standards. An initial training period will focus on learning and maintaining existing household protocols and upholding the expected professionalism in caring for the home. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with compensation of $45 per hour. Benefits include two weeks of vacation and additional holidays off.

Requirements

At least 5 years of professional housekeeping experience in UHNW private residences.
Demonstrated longevity and stability in previous private household positions.
Impeccable professional references.
Exceptional attention to detail and a perfectionist approach to cleaning.
Ability to maintain exceptionally high housekeeping standards.
Energetic, positive, and pleasant personality.
Professional demeanor and willingness to take direction.
Ability to learn and consistently follow established household protocols.
Comfort working around pets; the household has a dog.
