About The Position
NHC HealthCare Joplin is seeking a full-time or part-time Housekeeper for its 119-bed skilled nursing facility in Joplin, Missouri. The role involves cleaning patient areas and other parts of the facility according to established schedules. The successful applicant will interact tactfully and effectively with patients, families, fellow employees, and visitors. The job requires being on your feet for 7–8 hours a day, lifting heavy objects, and working with standard cleaning chemicals. Requirements
- Be able to deal tactfully and effectively with patients, families, fellow employees, and visitors.

Responsibilities
- Clean patient bathrooms.
- Empty garbage cans.
- Clean patient rooms, hallways, walls, furniture, and equipment.
- Follow established cleaning schedules.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
