About The Position

Sizemore, Inc. is seeking a Night Shift Housekeeper Shift Lead in White, GA. This position is part of the Operational Division and is responsible for daily operations and quality control at the assigned account. Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Background in Janitorial.
  • Must have at least 5 years of supervisory experience.
  • Must provide a local criminal background search and submit to a nationwide check.
  • No misdemeanor convictions for any crimes of moral turpitude.
  • Must submit to and return acceptable scoring on designated testing.
  • Must pass a drug screen.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate proficiency in verbal and written communication.
  • Willing to work at any hours the job requires.
  • Must possess good problem-solving skills.
  • Read and comprehend policies and procedures written or spoken in English.
  • Must possess initiative and sound judgement in evaluating and reacting to situations and be able to multi-task.
  • Communicate utilizing the English language and interface effectively in a pleasant, “Customer Service” tone.
  • Possess patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as diplomacy and professionalism.
  • Must be 18 years old.
  • Must have reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university preferred; or the equivalent comprising professional work experience and training certifications.
