About The Position

Sizemore, Inc. is looking for a Housekeeper Team Lead in JEFFERSON, GA. This position will be assigned to the Operational Division and will be responsible for daily operations and quality control at the assigned account. We are willing to train the right people! This is a direct hire position with career growth opportunities. We offer weekly pay, full-time work, and a secure safe environment to work. We conduct a 7-year background check and perform a drug test prior to employment. You must be 18 years old and have reliable transportation. Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age with a background in Janitorial.
Must have at least 5 years of supervisory experience.
Must provide a local criminal background search and submit to a nationwide check by the company.
Have no misdemeanor convictions for any crimes of moral turpitude.
Must submit to and return acceptable scoring on designated testing.
Must pass a drug screen.
Must have the ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate proficiency in verbal and written communication.
Must be willing to work at any hours the job requires.
Be willing to participate in training sessions and meetings when scheduled.
Must possess good problem-solving skills.
Read and comprehend policies and procedures written or spoken in English.
Must possess initiative and sound judgement in evaluating and reacting to situations and be able to multi-task.
Communicate utilizing the English language and interface effectively in a pleasant, “Customer Service” tone, whether the individual is an internal or external customer.
Possess patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as diplomacy and professionalism when dealing with any person in the work environment, no matter the circumstances.
Adhere to all safety requirements of Sizemore.
Must be 18 years old.
Must have reliable transportation.
