Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Background in Janitorial.
  • At least 5 years of supervisory experience.
  • Provide a local criminal background search and submit to a nationwide check.
  • No misdemeanor convictions for any crimes of moral turpitude.
  • Submit to and return acceptable scoring on designated testing.
  • Pass a drug screen.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate proficiency in verbal and written communication.
  • Willingness to work at any hours the job requires.
  • Willingness to participate in training sessions and meetings when scheduled.
  • Possess good problem-solving skills.
  • Read and comprehend policies and procedures written or spoken in English.
  • Possess initiative and sound judgement in evaluating and reacting to situations and be able to multi-task.
  • Communicate utilizing the English language and interface effectively in a pleasant, “Customer Service” tone, whether the individual is an internal or external customer.
  • Possess patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as diplomacy and professionalism when dealing with any person in the work environment, no matter the circumstances.
  • Must be 18 years old.
  • Must have reliable transportation.

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university preferred; or the equivalent comprising professional work experience and training certifications.
